Scope

These terms cover use of this site and the engagement of the web design and development services we offer.

The specific scope of each project is set out in a written proposal accepted by both parties, which prevails over this general text.

Portfolio

We reserve the right to show the work in our portfolio unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Subscription and cancellation

The subscription is billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on what you choose. The annual plan is paid in a single charge at the start of the service year.

You may cancel at any time, with no notice period. Service continues until the end of the period already paid for, and partial refunds for the current period are not issued.

When the subscription ends we stop hosting the site. We keep it online for thirty days after expiry so there is time to arrange what comes next.

Included hosting covers the traffic of a normal business site, up to 100 GB of transfer per month. If your site sustainably exceeds that we will tell you and agree how to proceed; we never cut off service without warning.

Content changes included in the plan are unlimited within fair use: text, images and prices on the pages already built. New pages, new sections and redesigns are separate work and are quoted before anything starts.

Liability

We undertake to provide the service with professional diligence, but we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.

We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers, though we undertake to manage their resolution.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Processing of personal data is governed by Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data; the supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
