Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect only what you send us yourself, on WhatsApp or by email. The contact form sends nothing on its own: it puts the message together in your browser and opens it in WhatsApp, where you check it and decide whether to send it. We do not ask for identity documents, addresses or payment details, and this site has no user accounts.

We use Google Ads to show Neptuno’s ads on Google. To learn which ones lead to an enquiry, the site loads the Google tag, which may store cookies in your browser. We use no other advertising or tracking cookies.

Your language and theme preferences are stored in your browser, only to show you the site the way you chose it.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s terms, not by this site.

What we use it for

We use this information solely to answer your enquiry and, if we go ahead, to run the project.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a project are kept for a maximum of twelve months and then deleted.

Data relating to active projects is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for any period required by applicable tax law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by email or on WhatsApp.

You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Processors

This site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States), which serves the pages from its global network, records the technical logs any web server records and counts visits in aggregate, without cookies.

Google (Google LLC, United States) receives, through its tag, technical data about your visit, such as the page you viewed and the ad you came from. It uses that data under its own privacy policy, and you can manage the ads it shows you in Google’s My Ad Center.

This site has no database and does not keep what you type into the form: the message leaves from your WhatsApp, not from this site.
